Multimedia Producer
I am a multimedia producer for the Harvard Business School Multimedia Development team. Since 2021, I have written, edited, and/or produced numerous media-enriched case studies and teaching materials on leadership, innovation, and social impact, including “Francescana Family: Leading a Global Food Movement,” “Cristina Ventura at White Star Capital,” and “Moderna.” I have been on-location in Hong Kong, Italy, Singapore, and the United States.
Research Associate
For six years (2013–2019), I was a research associate to Professor Linda A. Hill at Harvard Business School. I researched and co-authored case studies on organizational leadership, innovation, and globalization, including “Michael Ku and Global Clinical Supply at Pfizer Inc.: Bringing Hope to Patients,” “Tom Kalil: Leading Technology and Innovation at the White House,” “Sanford C. Bernstein Goes to Asia,” and “Man Jit Singh at Sony Entertainment Television.” I also contributed to research and writing for the book Collective Genius: The Art and Practice of Leading Innovation, and numerous popular articles. I have conducted research across the globe, from Germany to Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Africa, and the United States.
I have also been a research assistant (2020–2021) to Professor Nazli Kibria at Boston University on the Global Siblings Project, and a research assistant (2016–2017) to Professor Shari Tishman at Harvard Graduate School of Education on her book Slow Looking: The Art and Practice of Learning Through Observation.
Editor
Over the course of three years (2011–2013), I worked as a publishing assistant, associate editor, and editor for independent literary publisher Milkweed Editions. I edited fiction, nonfiction, and poetry; read submissions; and recommended manuscripts for publication. I also managed end-to-end production for more than eighteen titles.
Since then, I have continued to freelance as an editor, primarily working with university faculty to edit their book projects and proposals.
